WoW Forever's Smooth Launch Left Horde PvP Players Waiting
Is WoW Forever's smooth launch shutting out Horde PvP players?
Polygon reports many Horde players on the PvP ruleset couldn't create characters at all. Forever drops the separate servers WoW used for 22 years, so you pick a region and ruleset instead.
When Horde swamped PvP, Blizzard throttled it. You couldn't hop servers, so you waited for Alliance players.
For a slice of players, yes. But earlier WoW Classic launches meant hours-long queues, and this time the queues were short and moving.
